  2. (SINFISK) Session: Monitor intent was to devote session to Area
  #3, first to fifth story of the building. This was not a productive
  session. Source was allowed to "explore" schematic diagram of site,
  prior to start of session. Session began in S4.
  3. (SINFISK) Summary: A large complex within "commuting distance"
  from a large city. There is a "militaristic" feel to the site, but
  people here are not in military uniforms. Area #3 is generally
  concerned with administration functions. On the 5th floor is located
  what seems to be a records storage area. In this area are large numbers
  of personnel records.
  4. (SINFISK) Feedback: Source was informed that this site would be
  worked again.
