    E. SESSION SUMMARY:
    ---- The name "Edwards" phonetically surfaced as being involved in
    the incident. "Edwards" is involved as a contractor or
    contractor/consultant. His action was initiated as a result of a
    real or imaginary contract-grievance from a company lcated at the
    World Trade Center. The failure to obtain the contract has placed
    him in a bankruptcy position. He is from Long Island (Queens) , NY.
    He resides in a two-story blue-grey dwelling. (Landspot/Landspur
    Lane).
    ---- He sometimes drive a green Chevy pick-up with a contract sign
    on the door panel. The sign is comprised of black lettering on a
    white background.
    --- A tip-off from an employee who recalls the contract rejection
    will result in an interview by New York and subsequently by FBI
    agents who will obtain a confession on or about 3/4 MaRCH 1993.
    The consultant works on the twelfth floor for a mechanical
    consolidated import company/corporation.
    --- The bomb was made up of ten dynamite sticks obtained from an
    (Edwards) contract connection and placed in a sport bag placed on
    a ledge next to a column. The dynamite sticks were (ignited?)
    through the use of a time fuse.
    ---- Additional bomb explosions could come from one of the "crazies"
    out there but not from "Edwards."

          World Trade Center comp ex in New York City. Authorities believe
          the explosion occurred as a result of a bomb strategically placed
          in one of the underground garages.
