   ---- An upheaval by the former Sandanista forces with heavy support
   f rom. the people will overthrow the current, but weak democratic
   government in power. Casualties will be few and will be limited to
   the physical area of the government buildings. Five or fifteen
   casualties are listed.
   ---- An earth tremor in Guatemala will focus the attention of the
   Western world against the plight of the majority of citizens of
   this country - claims of further atrocities religious type
   missionaries will be uncovered. The fact that Guatemala (and Cuba)
   are involved in drug-money laundering schemes will also surface. It
   will mark the beginning of the rapid erosion of Castro and his
   powers.
   ---- There is an ongoing movement within US intel to act as the
   prime mover, to incite and support the overthrow of the government
   of Haiti to reestablish Aristide as the legitimate president of
   that country. This fact will be revealed (leak) before the end
   of the month.
