   E. sEssiON SUMMARY:
   The target is a public place with a large plaza associated
   with it. People gather here for leisure, for sitting, watching and
   for walking. It is a place for milling around, relaxation and
   informal entertainment. A large squarish structure over looks this
   "plaza" area (see diagram page ii) . There is a location where
   water is concentrated; it cascades over flat and smooth declining
   surfaces and along angled smooth surfaces. The water flow is the
   same velocity across its entire with.
   There is shaped stone with curved or rounded surfaces. Some
   features within the vicinity are also curved. The target "feels"
   surrounded by 111000's" of houses. It is "near the edge" of
   something.
   There is the concept of "groups of 311. There is a chair-like
   feature which pivots as it appears suspended (see diagram page
   iii).
