         The target feels composed of wood, metal and stone/concrete.
    There is a central plaza-type area surrounded by higher structures
    or a structure. The target feels isolated and associated with the
    concept of "a city onto itself". Portions of the target also feel
    closed-in. There is a lifting capacity associated with the site.
    There is an iron railing and the target sits within the vicinity of
    water.
         A metallic feeling portion of the target sits upon a stone or
    concrete base. The former is squarish while the latter has an
    angular parimeter outline. There is "tinny" sounding music in the
    background and the concept of a street vendor nearby. There are
    also tables and chairs which feel outside.
         There are the concepts of: administrative orientation at the
    local level; collection; maintaining; and the target has a symbolic
    association. There have been different construction sequences with
    different architecture from different time periods. The target
    feels European or Mediterranean.
         Colors include: white, blue, dark blue, green, brown and red.
    There is a stream of smoke or f og and a thin ribbon of white on the
    horizon. There is also a feature which appears as a half circle,
    is dome-like, curving and appears soft. Metallic supports are
    associated with a sense of airiness.-
