          E. SESSION SUMMARY:
               The FBI will continue its investigation of the World Trade
          Center bombing. They will be successful in capturing all of the
          people associated with the bombing. The FBI will be successful in
          traveling to the Middle East to capture one of the terrorist. The
          FBI is trying to link the CIA shootings to the New York bombing.
          However, at this time it is a weak case.
               The situation in Waco, Texas will continue. It seems now that
          more people will want to leave the complex. Federal agents are
          hoping that these people will be allowed to leave. After this,
          federal agents may take drastic measures to force out the leader.
               China is going to be more friendly to the United State. This
          is because of our new President. China did not like President
          Bush. China may send some dissidents that are in their jails to
          the U.S. for assylum. Although China will remain Communist, it
          will adhere to human rights in the future.
               Soviet President Yeltsin will not be leader after a few
          months. His time is coming to an end. The Soviet Union needs new
          leadership. Although the Soviet Union may not stay a democratic
          nation, it will not go back to the old regime. Something new is
          needed but at this time, it is not clear. Socialism may come into
          the Soviet Union.
