          E. SESSION SUMMARY:
               President Clinton's Health Care plan/package will succeed. It
          seems as though in this area of concern, he will be able to get
          what he wants. However, there is still much fighting in Congress
          between the Democrats and the Republicans. This will go on for
          awhile and it seems as though Clinton will not succeed his
          reorganization of Congress.
               much investigation goes on in Waco, Texas. The investigation
          will be in favor of the FBI and their raid. The investigation is
          trying to determine how two men with the gun shot wounds in the
          head died. At first it looks like suicide, however they may have
          been shot by other members of the cult when they tried to escape
          once the fire started.
               Somalia will be of interest within the next two weeks as our
          government tries to determine what is the best course of action to
          take. It seems as though new thoughts and ideas will be taken to
          try to help the starving people.
