      The issues in the paper this week will evolve around how our
      country in some ways is at an economic stand still and foreign
      investments will be emphasized.
      Deliberations continue on whether the Americans should intervene
      and fight in the Serbian Bosnian war. Negotiations will not resolve
      this issue.
      President Clinton's popularity will decrease with the public and he
      will make poor foreign policy decisions in the near term.
      A fighter plane may go down this week emphasizing over expenditure
      of funds spent on such craft.
