        MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
        SUBJECT: Final Evaluation Project 8111 (U)
        1. (S/NOFORN) Supported prersonnel state; "since the objective of this prortion
        of the project is to establish remote contact between (targeted individual) and
        Viewer 01, we believe any correlation is "Plus", thereforei we feel progress has
        been made. As discussed with the CO, (Interviewer) #66, (viewer) #01, and
        (targeted individual), future sessions should have a definite objective--i.e.,
        contact (individual) during specific time periods.
        2. (S/NOFORN) The second objective (to inf uence targeted individuals actions)
        was never directly attempted and therefoi @nnot be effectively evaluated.
        Based on the results in the f-irs-t objective's effort however, the customer believes
        "there is no reason to doubt objective B could not be obtained, given sufficient
        time."
        3. (S/NOFORN) Results are sufficient to state:
        a. There was moderate success in accomplishing individual to viewer raport.
             b. There is noreason to believe part B (control of individual) could not be
        accomplished in time.
             c. When time and personnel become available - pursue the above effort to
        conclusion.
