  Comments by Mr. Del Toro:
  (S/CL-2/NOFORN) I concur with the concept of transferring ICLP
  to DIA, but do not concur that the WANG word processing
  equipment should be included in the transfer. There is a
  critical need for automation in USAINSCOM HUMINT collection
  activities, and I believe we should reallocate existing word
  processin'g equipment within INSCOM before we offer it to another
  organization.
