  1. 1 would like to summarize the key points of the discussion which you, @@ and I
  had on 2 August 1988 regarding the above-mentioned subject:
  a). The Report was not submitted in a timely manner. It was due on 30 April
  1988 and I received it on 12 July 1988.
          b). The Report does not reflect the 4 - 4 1/2 man-years of effort which were
         expended during the period I October 1987 thru 31 March 1988.
          c). The summary of the work done on Objective E, Task 4 (pp. 11-14) is
  confusing and does not accurately reflect the purpose, goals or design of
  this effort as presented by you in our discussion.
  2. It is requested that all future reports be submitted on time and be fully reflective of the
  effort expended and accomplishments attained.
  3. It is further requested that the summary of Objective E, Task 4 be rewritten and sub-
  mitted as an addendum to the original Mid-Year Technical Report. I believe you stated
  that this could be done by 19 August 1988.
