      Dear Dr. LaBerge:
      Just a quick note with an additional response to your question of
      what was needed to move forward. We just learned from Charles Carter
      at MIA/MIRADCOM in Huntsville that they have on Dr. Richard Haley's
      desk (DARCOM) their proposal to fund one of our highest priority
      research projects, investigation of psychokinetic effects on
      random noise generators (eventual application: a thought-controlled
      switch). From our standpoint this experiment offers perhaps the
      greatest scientific potential for getting at the mechanisms; there-
      foreY it is at the top of our list as a research item. If this is
      in line with your wishes., perhaps a phone call from you to Haley
      could put this program into motion.
