          1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: To access the vessel and
          determine whether or not is is carrying illegal drugs. If so, provide the
          tasked EEI.
          2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING.- "The tar-get is a vessel suspected of carrying
          contraband in the form of illegal drugs. Access and describe. Encrypted
          coordinates are% 143154/226127."
          3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS:
          a. Inclemencies: Just received orders to Panama.
          b. Oil appeared to successfully access the target vessel. Oil
          repeatedly tried to locate drugs aboard, but gained none of the standard
          perceptions of such. After session, Oil declared that the PI of having
          received orders had been successfully put out of mind during the session.
          C. Map dowsing was performed with the world wall map.
