    E. SESSION SUMMARY:
         The target is a stair- stepped- like structure, not even. it
    is very hard, like concrete. It'is made up of squares, such as
    blocks on blocks. It is possibly a wall or a barrier of some kind.
         There is water in the target area, many people, and
    energetics. There are at least two people standing near the water.
    It is a large body of water, and cold. It is also very cluttered
    in the target area.
