         The target site has to do with stately affairs. Inside of a large
         structure, arched openings look out at the sky. open air concept.
         Inside the structure, when I look up at the domed shaped ceiling
         through the openings, the clouds are moving in the sky. Action,
         motion, and air, are emphasized. The holes or openings are f or the
         purpose of seeing out for observation.
