         Site had land and water associated with it. The land was
         composed of many roads. There was .a sailing vessel on water.
         People were at the site and it looked as though they were
         enjoying themselves. I could see people's hands moving and
         motioning out from their bodies. At times it looked as though
         they were swimming. I could see white flags. There was an
         object associated with the object that was big and round and it
         had a ring around it. This object was fying low to the ground.
         There may have been mountains in the back ground. I could see a
         young man with brown hair with a blanket away from the site, near
         the mountains. The site had warm weather but when you move away
         from the site, near the mountains, it gets colder. There may be
         a small airport or planes near the site. At times I could see
         old people away from the site and they looked like Indians. They
         were sitting in a natural habitat. Then at one point, I could
         see a young man dressed in a warrior's suit. It seemed as though
         much acitivity is associated with the site, but one can see many
         different things here. It seemed as though I was looking at a
         demonstration/parade/amusement park.

           SUBJECT: LDPS Project 92-3-L
           1. All five sources agree on the presence of an evident land
           and water interface that is associated with the target. Indeed
           the emphasis was placed on the concept of "water" There were
           two principal concepts associated with the target. The first
           appeared to deal with a structure whose shape appeared to be
           cylindrical or oval. There appeared to be a historical and a
           religious significance attached to the target structure. In a
           second instance, the target was described as a airport. And
           one viewer described the structure as a dam.
