      MEMORANDUM FOR: ADCSOP
      SUBJECT: BG Dozier Kidnaping (U)
      1. (C) A review of actions taken in support of efforts to free
      BG Dozier has been initiated. The initial steps are the formulation
      of questions for the Phase 2 debrief of BG Dozier (Incl 1) and in-
      formation to be obtained elsewhere (Incl 2).
      2. (C) Of equal importance is an analysis of the use of GRILL FLAME
      collection in future events of this type. Specific areas to be covered:
      a. Is GRILL FLAME collection effective for real-time events?
      b. What targeting methods are most effective in real-time events?
      c. How does GRILL FLAME information enter the intelligence chain?
      d. Where should GRILL FLAME information be evaluated?
           e. What type organization if any should be assembled to h'andle
      GRILL FLAME information regardless of originator?
      f. What additional security requirements, if any, are necessary?
      g. What planning should be initiated for the future?
      3. _(U) As specific issues are completed a formal report will be
      provided. The initial target date for completion is I June 1982.
