            1. (FOUO) On 27 January 1982, from 0900-1000 hours,
            COL Billy Miller, ADCSOPS-HUMINT was briefed at his office
            on areas and topics to be covered during INSCOM Chief of Staff
            briefing scheduled for 1400 hours, 27 January 1982.
            2. (U) CoL Miller concurred in the briefing.
            3. (U) COL Miller retained a copy of the operational statistics
            (dated 96 January 1982) which were to be used during the briefing.
