The result i-s an even handed, thorough analysis of the principal U.S. research on the topic.. The findings set forth by the authors can best be said in their own words; "Research conducted and reported to date has a number of inaccuracies, inconsistencies,- and methodological weaknesses sufficient to cause concern over its validity. If all results are accepted without question, on balance, the fidelity of the remote viewing channel appears to be of limited value. Effectively, these results indicate that the research efforts evaluated in this report must be considered as exploratory. Definitive research on remote viewing is still to be accomplished. The authors have set forth a series of research design recommendations that if followed by future researdh efforts should enable a truly scientific assessment of remote viewing applications to intelligence collection to be SG1 I accomplished.
