     I have your letter of July 17 regarding our conference
     this year which Russell Targ has mentioned to you. .
     Although the conference room is rather small, we shall
     be glad to keep a seat for you so that you may attend as
     an observer. I note that you will be able to take care
     of your own expenses. I might mention that we do not
     have any arrangements with the hotel to set aside extra
     accommodations outside of those we need for the participants,
     so that you would have to make your own arrangements.
     The meetings will take place on Monday, August 26 and
     Tuesday, August 27 at the Hotel La Reserve, Geneva#
     Switzerland. (Geneva, not- Zurich.) They.will start at
     9:00 a.m. and end around 5:30/6:00 p.m. 'on both days, with
     a two hour period for lunch. Ten participants have been
     invited to present papers addressed to the theme of Ouantum
     Physics and Parapsychology, and discussions.will follow
     each paper. We will send you a program as soon as it is
     ready in a week or two.
