I . (S/NF/SK) MISSION: To access and describe the crew-boat and SG1A
determine if it carries any contraband in the form of drugs.
2. (G/NF/SK) TASKING: Access the ship and describe the SG1A
following EEI:
a. Where its present location?
b. Is it carrying illegal drugs?
C. If so.
1) Describe where the contraband is aboard ship.
2) Describe how the contraband is packaged.

4) When will it be unloaded?
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS BY MONITOR (01B):
a. Inclemencies: None reported.
SG1A b. Oil located the n a river/harbor area in Honduras.
C. Oil indicated quite a bit of signal.-line confusion when asked about
contraband. Oil had impressions of contraband on board, but not in the form
of drugs, and possibly drugs aboard, but as personal possessions, not as
cargo. In order to work through this confusion, the tasking was repeatedly
narrowed until the definition of contraband became "illegal drugs presently
on board as cargo". The answer to this question was that there are no
SG1A illegal drugs a-, cargo aboard the at the present time.
d. A movement exercise was performed to the time when the will SG1A
leave the harbor where it is presently located. No illegal drugs as cargo
were perceived at that time, either.
