1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: To locate and describe the fishing vessel
determine whether there is drug-contraband, determine the a+fload time and
place, and present location.
2. (S/NF/SK) CUEING: Encrypted coordinates 422960/351900. Later, the
ship's name and the requested EEI.
3. (S/NF'/SK) COMMENTS BY MONITOR (018).
a. Inclemencies: Persistant cough.
b. 095 appeared to have good "site contact" from the very start of the
session. Impressions were strong and there was little or no detectable
analysis on 095's part, except as noted in next item.
C. At one point, when finding the of+load time, 095 found two, and
experienced quite a bit of confusion about the feeling of "strangeness"
concerning the first. Later in the session, whil t i to locate the
affload place, 095 was following the path of thel@ and detected a last
minute change of direction. 095 commented at that point (but did riot write
down) that the previous feeling confusion was now cleared up.
