The target ship is located 41 deg. 3011 North and
137 deg. 1011 West. In the vicinity of the Kermit Roosevelt
Seamount.
The plan for dropping of the contraband is to dispose
of it at multiple sites along the coast of California and
not to deliver or download at any major ports. The code
SG1A word I Iis a deception -- used to cause a
concentration of defensive/interdiction efforts.
The large ship will steam the coast from south to
north. She will remain outside the international coastline
and will maintain speed and'heading. A smaller craft will
be used to make the drops. The downloading will take place
underway, lowering the contraband under cover of darkness
into the smaller craft from the starboard side. The small
craft will move quickly into the vicinity of the drop and
deliver the waterproofed packages into the beach using the
winter surf as a delivery vehicle. The packages will be
illuminated in some way.
People waiting on the beach will pickup and transport
the packages to waiting vehicles for delivery to
distribution houses.

The small craft will move back out to sea and link-up with
the large ship for another load and then move back into
beach position further up the coast for the next drop.
Timing appears to be critical, the large ship will not slow
or waver from heading. Refueling and loading all will be
done underway.
Drop locations will be on, at or near secluded beaches
like State Parks, Federal lands and or private beaches.
A point of principal activity or high vulnerability
will be a place called "Russian Gulch". Other areas of
activity but lesser vulnerability are 11 Camp Penelton",
"Point Dume". "Point Persemon", Los Padres Nat'l Forest",
I'lopez Point", "Bodega Bay", "Plantation", and some place
between "Point Delgada & Punta Gordo".
