Reference: DoD 5200.1R "Information Security Program Regulation,"
June 1986.
1. On 23 October 1990, the Defense Intelligence Agency terminated
the Special Access Program SUN STREAK. Materials in this program will
be handled for a period of at least I year in accordance with Limited
Dissemination procedures as outlined in reference.
2. The point of contact for any additional information or assistance
