This structure is square or has squared off portions, possibly some windows and is located outside among some kind of a planned community or setting. There may be a high rise in the outlying vicinity. The target itself, is a low grade facility which is low to the ground. This haven of a structure, where people have been, has lights with naked bulbs at the site and wire meshed fencing in the area. These are colored lights, metal inside the structure and metallic shelves full of stuff. Cylindrical piping or tubing that goes outward could be connected to the target. There may be a gate or some type of tail gaiting between the entrance and the actual site. I could see a man present who was frequently looking at his watch while at the facility. See Sketch A for map location. - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B: -- The target is located in an area of dense trees. However, there are small, circular spots which seem more flat or "worn down". These are connected to both unpaved and paved passages or trails. The target's specific surroundings contain the following: the site itself is oblong in shape. There is an object made from planks or pieces of wood. It is hard to ascertain whether I am looking at a picnic table or a small wooden boat dock. If it is the latter, then it is surrounded by tall reeds or rushes. In either case, the surrounding vegetation rises well above the object. -- There is a large, rotted log nearby. It's appearance is reminiscent of an old dug-out canoe. It feels historical in the sense that it has been shaped or otherwise manipulated in some way. There is a white building in the background. The two together the way they are look out-of-place or inappropriate for the location. -- It is very muddy here; a sticky mud; maybe a lot of clay; like Vietnam mud or Georgia clay. It is hard to walk some areas because mud is so sticky. It tends to build up on the bottom of your shoes. -- There is a round pond or nearly enclosed cove nearby. It is surrounded by tall grassy vegetation and is almost hidden from view. There are a lot of small paths here; like deer trails or something; narrow and pass under a lot of smaller bushes. -- The target location feels as if it is occasionally occupied but is "off the beaten path" so to speak. There is a bunch of old tubes or pipes which are reminiscent of an old gate or fence railing. It feels as if water is closer to the target location than what the map depicts. I sense that the map is, in fact, outdated concerning the true contour and bends of the river(s). which feel as if they overlap onto the specific target. -- I sense large numbers of water fowl nearby; as if they are congregating in protected or secluded ponds or marshy areas. -- See Sketch B for map location. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- Site is very spacious. Site consists of brown land and many brown and white rocks that are very high. Water is at the site; however; it was not the main activity or feature. site is considered isolated; however, people are here. The people seem to be predominately male and they seem serious in nature. There are structures at the site that reminds one of "caves." By this I mean they are close together and it doesn't look like the entrances have doors. It seems that people can get to the site by water via small boats. -- Location is in the southern area of the map (Sketch C). 2 11FAMNlon NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE Approved For Release 2003/04/414P&S-RDP96-00789ROO2500060005-4 CPYRGHT _ Wft96-00789R00250C0%W-4T 95-289-0 Approved For Release 2003/04/190M A irina, zimpon JuinsAfan.?g a C 31 too b GUN NO HARBOR S Vic MASON N CK In CO- MA94 4 AM BAY 'y- 0AIA, ADC@ A- VA GRID 2.
