SUMMARY OF INFORMATION.-
1. (S/STD) Physically describe the contraband: The contraband is a
resin-like, brownish powder.
2. (S/STD) Describe how the dru(Is are packa ed- It is in small packets
taped w/ wide tape. It is concealed in some kind of tubes (NFI) which may
be folded on the ends, but are stacked in a large bundle and covered with
plastic.
3. (S/SI"D) Describe the cur-rent location and surroundinQ of the druqs:
The large bundle of tubes or pipes is located on a dock in a port town
(impression of smaller than a city) which is surrounded by near, rather high
and fairly rugged hills. The language spoken here sounds like it is
English. There is a "northwest" feel about the place.
