DT suaJECT: SUN STREAK Report - 9041 (U) TO: ODCSINT, DAMI-PO 1. (S/STD/NF) On 28 June 1990, Remote Viewer 018 conducted a session to determine the current location of a target vessel SG1A identi the Viewer 018 also attempted to determine SG1A if the was contraband in the form of drugs; if so, vi was to attempt to determine how the drugs were stored and to determine the final destination of the drugs. 2. (S/STD/NF) Remote Viewer 018 had self-acknowledged weak impressions of the current location of the target vessel, and placed the vessel in "the area of the Virain Islands/British Virgin Islands." According the 018, 1 was carrying drugs located in the rear portion of tne sni two propane tank-like containers. Each container was a composite of two containers, a smaller one inside the other, larger, to provide (dead) space between th-e two;" this is where the drugs can be" found. The front tank contained plastic-wrapped packages of white material, while the rear tank appeared to contain mariJuana. 3. (S/STD/NF) Viewer 018 indicated the target vessel was protected from our (SUN STREAK) detection through some sort of (psychic)-experimental defense which 018 was able to penetrate. 4. (S/STD/NF) Since the target vessel was the obJect of STREAK collection effort in Key West, Florida, no further was expended. The experimental shield reported by 018 can neither be confirmed nor disproved; if such a procedure is reported by any other viewer, it will be brought to your attention. nen unie HANDLE VIA SKEET CHANNELS ONLY - STPPLED INFORMATION CLASSIFIED BY: ODCSINT?
