Present location (at 1500 hrs, 27 APR 90) is at 25 DEG 12 MIN North / 77 DEG

2. (S/STD) Determine if it is carrying contraband narcotics: Not at the
present time. At the present time, it appears to be carrying captive
people, both alive and dead.
3. (S/STD) If not, will it on-load contraband narcotics? Yes.
Impression that he will trade young PEOPLE for drugs.
4. (s/s"rD) Where?.- At the tiny dot of land (not named on map) a few miles
due south of Nassau (24 DEG 57 MIN N / 77 DEG 22 MIN W), and then travel to
Shroud City for a visit before returning west toward the States.
5. (S/STD) Where and when will the target vessel trans+erf'of+ load the.
contraband narcotics?: WHERE: Planned for the Miami area, possibly Miami
Beach. WHEN: Not determined in this session, but there was an impression
that it will not happen as planned.
