1. (S/STD/NF) On 26 April 1990, four Remote Viewers (#'s 003, 025, 079
and 095) conducted a total of four SOLO sessions in an effort to answer
requirements against the suspected narcotics smuggling vessel known as the
SG1A I la 330' cargo carrier w/blue hull and white superstructure
which Iett Cartagena, Columbia on 23 April, 1990. It was believed by the
customer to be en-route to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The customer provided the
following EEI:
a. Determine the current location of the SG1
b. Determine if it is carrying contraband in the + drugs. A
C. I+ so, how are they wrapped and where are they stored?
d. If not, will the vessel on-load drugs (on this voyage)? Where?
e. Where and when will the target vessel transfer/off-load the
illegal drugs?
f. Phonetically surface callkigns associated witht the target vessel.
2. (S/STD/NF) 003 reported that the vessel was located at 19 deg 20 min N
/ 75 deg 5 min W at the time of viewing. It was reported to not be carrying
drugs at the time of viewing, and would not on-load drugs during the course
a+ this trip. No callsigns were obtained.
3. (S/STD/NF) 025 reported that the vessel was located at 16 deg N / 72
deg W at the time of viewing. It was found to be carrying drugs, wrapped in
straw and paper packages, located at the top a+ the stern near the deck
line. It was reported as not going to San Juan, but in the direction a+ the
Gulf of Mexico, to off-load the drugs at 24 deg N / 87 deg W. No callsigns
were obtained.
4. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that the vessel could be found at 15 deg 30
min N / 75 deg 30 min W, carrying drugs in the rear of the ship, above the
deck line. It was reported as traveling towards San Juan, Puerto Rico, but
there was uncertainty as to its final destination. No off-load point or
callsigns were reported.

5. (S/STD/NF) 095 reported that the vessel was located at 15 deg 30 min N
/ 70 deg 42 min W at the time of viewing. It was reported to be carrying
rectangular, well-padded bundles of drugs stored below a large metal plate
w/hidden hinges which is in the bow an the port side, well below the
waterline. It was reported heading toward Puerto Rico, but that it would
not off-load the drugs there, because it would be intercepted before it
reached between 17 deg to 17 deg 30 min of latitude. One callsign was
reported to resemble "Margarite", "Margo" or "Marco", and another resembled
"MIA CO".

EEI report sheets.
