SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
1"hia target vessel is a sailing vessel. with a lot o-F
girth. The vessel has a very large diesel engine on board
as well as large amounts o-f +Ltel.. The vessel. went into a
small rocky harbor during a small storm. He has remained
anchored there -For severai days. He was aware that he was
being -Followed. Thp-- vessel has begun movement again slowly
working it's way to the north east.
The vessel has one very large mast and one much
smaller and to the -front. The sail covers are blue, and the
ship is p ainted in both dark and white colors. The hull is
predominately a dark color. A large cabin area is present
as well as large round windows, wooden decks. There are two
or three men on board and the vessel is armed heavily.

1. (S/STD) Locate the vessel being tracked by a federal agency on the map
provided (see Fig., 1): Repeated searches indicate that, as of 0930 hrs, 30
MAR 90, the target vessel was located at approximately 23 deg N / 84 deg 30
min W (see map, Fig. 1).
2. (S/STD) Describe the vessel: The vessel appears to be a pleasure-type
boat of "yacht" size. It is white with a black stripe going along its side.
The black stripe has something fancy near its front. The railings and the
deck feel "rubber coated". There is a "superstructure" about mid-ship which
has a sloping-backwards front to it. It is tan and brown, looking like
wood. The ship is very sleek in appearance.
