E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The cocaine is on a vessel which is currently located in the
Caribbean sea just below the Yucatan Channel at 19 degrees North
and 85 degrees West. The vessel will travel into the Gulf of
Mexico, to the East Coast of Florida, to its final destination of
Malabar, Florida (28 degrees North and 80 degrees, 30 minutes
West) . The ship can be intercepted anywhere in route. This vessel
is privately owned, bi-level and long, with yellow trim. The
cocaine is wrapped in little round black plastic packages, in a
large bin, on the lower left hand side, when facing the front of
the boat.
