1. (SINFISK) MISSION: Fix and describe the location of Terry Waite.
2. (SINFISK) VIEWER TASKING: Coordinates 780701/324843. 011 was
prebriefed regarding the task and was permitted to use the viewing
methodology of choice.
3. (SINFISK) COMMENTS: Tight control of structure on the part of
viewer and monitor was maintained throughout the session. Stages 1 -
3 (including movement exercises to obtain various perspectives)
concentrated upon a perceived structure and its immediate
surroundings. Stage 6 was employed for a 360 degree sweep, using the
key structure as an anchor point, to orient the viewer with respect to
terrain in preparation for an area sketch and, finally, a map search.
[Refer to sketches and inclosurel 011 locates a key structure
(associated with the target person) in the vicinity of 'Beirut's BURJ
ABI HAYDAR district 1AOL- the Mosque symbol], vicinity 33 degrees 53
minutes North/35 degrees 30 minutes East.
