ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION REQUESTED IN ORDER OF PRIORITY:
SG1A 1 . Is the vessel, I carrying contraband
narcotics, if so, where on J55arct is it storea?
RESPONSE: It was, it has been offloaded already. It was stored in
small easy to handle packages, wraped in plastic. It was stored in simple
to find areas aboard the vessel. Some of the areas I saw were inside a closet,
SG1A another was under a bunk, with clothes and other materials concealing it.
2. Determine the current location of the F I
RESPONSE: The vessel is currently moving to port (or in the vicinity of a port)
at the following coordinates:M051 N / 76 06' W.
3. Determine the time, date and location where the contraband
narcotics will be unloaded/transferred.
RESPONSE: Contraband was offloaded two days ago (approximately 9th or 10th of
April) on a small but inhabited island. There appeared to be a lot ot tourists
in and around the port facilities. The vessel did not dock, it anchored off shore
and transported the contraband to shore in a very small craft during the nig
This contraband was not destined for the United States. The location given for the
port is difficult because of the proximity of other islands, but it is in the
vicinity of: 23 02' N / 73 02' W.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target does not have contraband aboard. It did
have it, aboard until -the night of the 9+-h or 10th of April
when it was unloaded under cover of darkness and
transported to shore, vicinity 23 02' N / 73 02' W. There
are numerous small islands in the vicinity of this one. I
felt that L.he area had a large -tourist trade -- just lots
of people around during the day. The vessel used to take
the contraband -to shore was very small and there were two
or three men on the shore that received the packages
(contraband). The contraband is not intended for
distribution to the United States.
The contraband amounted to about eight to ten packages
of what looked like cocaine. It had been loosely stored
onboard the ship in closets (G7), under a bunk (G2), and
under a seat of some sort. (C9). The individual in charge of
the vessel felt that lie was under minimal risk -- he should
be watched closely, as I perceive that he will try this
-type of operation again. Iq
The current location of the vessel is Ue 05' N 76
06' W, still underway. Heading is south, southwest
nothing more accurate could be determined.
