2. (S/NF/SK) According to Viewer 049, the (Command and Control)
group is a tightly knit7 unit distrustful of anyone who is not
part of "the inner circle." There appears to be a number of
different (distinct) cells that are separated and widely
scattered. Cell members are distrustful, secretive, and waiting
for guidance. Strict replication and du-plication appear to be of
paramount concern; there is a strong sense of compartmentation.
Concerns appear related to outdated plans, scarcity of supplies,
and logistical accessibility via rail. Viewer 049 then acces@3ed
the Iraqi Republican Guards (IRG's) and indicated this group to
be ready to respond to any action; intentions are to wait for

the normal units to get wiped out by opposing forces. The IRG's
would then deploy westward from the ocean into the central
coastal area of Kuwait. The IRG's are poised in two areas located
along, and north of the Kuwaiti-Iraqi border. See the two
locations reflected on a strip map at TAB A. Viewer 049's
summary and allied results are at TAB B.
3. (SINFISK) Remote Viewer 079 perceived the presence of a
somewhat sophisticated aircraft possibly coordinating activities
with a "gray, square, military barrack," not further described.
Viewer 079 determined tht the Iraqi Republican Guards were
currently located in Kuwait at geographical coordinates 29 50 N
48 00 E. The results of 079's session are at TAB C.
4, (SINFISK) OPS COMMENTS: Viewer 049 and Viewer 079 provided
disparate locations regarding the current stationing of the Iraqi
Republican Guards. There was some evident confusion as to
whether or not 079 addressed the issue of (Iraqi) Command and
Control or the location of the Iraqi Republican Guards.
