SG11 1. (C) On f September 1982, from 0900 - 1100. 1 attended a meeting
at buildingF Meeting was a continuation-of a 3 September 1982
meeting. Attendees were.:
SG1 I
2. (S/NOF/ORN). Purpose of the meeting was to obtain feedback from
Remote View Session 932 conducted on 31 August 1982. An evaluation
SG1 I signed by was provided.
3. (S/NOFORN) A discussion of project 8207 took up most of the meeting.
Feedback for the Remote Viewing (Session 932) was provided by the NSA
representatives. Specific EEI for the next session was developed. for
feedback and EEI see project 6207).

4. (S/NOFORN), The last portion oF the meeting concerned a second target.
It was agreed that the.target would be a blind target, delivered byl
SG11 in a sealed envelope just prior to the session. After the session the
envelope would be returned to F I assured me this was not
a test case but a valid sensitive, compartmented, intelligence target.,
Cuing data was.developed for the target. (see project 8207).
