(S/CL-1/NOFORN) A 6 Aug 78 Information Paper for the ACSI to present to CSA recommends "That the Army develop a rational, comprehensive program to examine military applications of Psychoenergetics, and that OACSI have DA Staff proponency." b. (S/CL-I/NOFORN) A I Sep 78 plan for the immediate future listed as goals the collecting of intelligence on opposing enemy forces and the develop- ment of countermeasures to possible enemy use of psychic phenomena. d. (S/CL-1/NOFORN) And finally,an 18 Jun 79 ISH paper states that "The Army program is, initially, to verify the phenomena" with DARCOM and INSCOM participating.
