Year V1 - Explore the effects of the known variables on Operational [Zeiiiote Viewing (ORV). - Complete exploration of training program and develop the copiplete training package. - Initiate work on refining -interpretation of data. - Establish "best use" of ORV, re target type, etc. b. Year #2 - Begin to apply ORV technique to real targets. - Closely interpret the results of -the ORV to further refine -the technique. - Complete work on data interpretation. - Establish a cadre of ful-Ty trat"d ORVs. c.
