SUBJECT: FY 82 DIA Funding at SRI
1. (U) At 1600 hours, 3 December 1981@ 1 returned a call tol
DIA COTR at SRI.
SG1J 2. (FOUO) I stated that Dr. Vorona had notified him that in
SG1J accordance with direction/advice of DIA General CounselDIA was to cease
activity at SRI. I :]notified SRI personnel that effective at
SG1J COB today he was closing down the project. I]went on to explain
that since DIA's work at SRI is by contract this was obably the reason for
the stop.
3. (U) Information was relayed to COL Miller, LTC Tolliver and LTC Scheaffer
7 December (PM).
