Looks good to me.
Just a couple of nits: you may want to say up front in paragraph One that the "transfer of
Stargate is from DIA to ... ". Also, spelling of I ight want to add the SG1 I
committee. Last thing--we really brushed over the issue of declassification, but I didn't know
if you wanted to add something about that being the issue for DDA involvement.
