You asked me to provide questions that I feel were germaine to the up-coming interviews
with people from with the former Project Office. As an aside, I do not know how you plan
to conduct these interviews; however, I assume that they will be one-on-one. While it may
be tempting to conduct a group interview, I believe that a more accurate picture will be
obtained individually.
SG1J Questions for I
(1) What have you incorporated into you operational activity that came from the research
program?
If the answer is "none," then ask: Why have you not done so.
(2) Did you have any concerns that were not addressed by the research program?
If the answer is "yes," then ask: Did you redirect the research effort to address your
concern?
(3) Did you indicated in the operational product when the viewer was told information
about the tasking?
(4) Were you advised about optimal methods of tasking?
Questions for the Viewers:
(1) Do you feel that your particular skill was properly utilized?
If the answer is "no," then ask: Why not?
(2) Did you have access to the research results?
(3) Did you have questions you would have like to have answered by the research?
(4) Would you like more or less interaction with a research group?
(5) Do you believe that a viewer should work full-time?
