            conducted in compliance with a request for information.

                 #66: This will be a remote viewing session for 090f) hours
            1.0 September 1982. Today, following is a pr(, session
            briefing to the remote viewer. Today we are qoing to be
            working on a target which you accessed earlicr this week.
            I want to show you the photograph that I showed you previously
            after your session, so that I might refresh your recollection
            about the target area.
            #32: Yes, I know where it is. Okay,I got it.
                 #66: Now, this is the building in which you said w~is divided into
            three different areas and it was the activitiL,s on the top
            part of the building, on the top floors of th~~ building, which
            you talked about and coincidently are the armis we are interested
            in. Now today I want to, once again, ask you to access this
            target, this building and the top floors of this building. It's
            necessary for you to access information about this in the present
            time window, not necessarily at the time when this photograph
            was taken, but the time right now today, 10 'wptember 1-992.
            1132: 1 shouldn't have any problem, I know where th(, building is now.
                 #66: Okay. Now once you access the building, begiii to explore the
            area, tell me a little bit about what's goinq on there today,
            right now. And then I have some prepared que!1tions about the
            target area that I want to get into. Now do you have any
            questions concerning the mission for this moi-iting'.
                 1132: No. I just need a little longer preparation here, than the session t
            did yesterday, was it, the day before yesterdiy.
            #66: I'll give you as long as want, let's think ab()LAt 10 minutes.
            #32: That's fine.
                 #66: And what I'll do is, I'll listen to your respiration and when
            I hear that you're relaxed and calm and ready to start, we'll
            go ahead and start. So take some time now to prepare yourself
            for this morning's session.
                 #66: In present time, in the building in the photoilraph I've shown
            your is the target area which is perceptible.
                 #32: On the end of the building there's a man standing with his
            hands on pan shaped object. It's narrow and it's wide. He's
            adjusting it. It's horizontal to a window. It's fastened

            there's open windows all the way around. ThJiiqs look like
            air conditioning duct, that's section of air ronditioning duct,
            running from the windows. Get some black hox(!s with flashing
            lights, numbers in otange. They're all smaJl like eight inches
            tall, eighteen wide, twelve inches deep, many of these, they
            are alike, they all look alike.
            #66: The size of the area you are perceiving is d(-cribablo.
            #32: It's at least 25 x 40, 40 feet, 25 wide, 40 1(,et long. See
            perhaps six people here, five or six. 1t19 ill clustered in
            one area like they're taking something apart.. Very quiet,
            nothing moving, just everything sitting here.. See like cableways
            with cable up off the Floor about two feet, ill run together
            at the end of the room , go through a wall, xwry clean.
            Next room, see rows of gray cabinets, no marl<ings, that have
            small row of red lights outside end of cabincl.s, wide doors,
            just printed circuit boards like stacked likc~ cards, large
            row. Feel like this is a full system and a 1),tckup system.
            It's like half the stuff is turned off.
            #66: Activity.
                 1132: Single individual pulling a board, putting a hoard in, has a
            clip board or a notebook type thing he's writing on.
            1166: Next area.
                 #32: Cold. Feeling of cold, gray cabinet, countc~i top, keyboards,
            I get keyboards in there. Got smart terminal:,, tapes, lot of
            tapes, much activity here. GoL printers, sci!ms to be a
            continual printout going there.
            #66: Describe spectrum of data flow.
                 #32: 1 got ten digit numbers followed by letter titimbers and I also
            got many rows of tapes, starting, stopping, with voice, voices
            going on tapes.
            #66: Go to the front end of the system.
            #32: GoL a special box front end. It's like a trtink separator, it's--

                 #32: It's all, just, getting a confusing thing hcrt,, mix of English
            and, keeping getting English mixed with some ;)ther language.
            It's like they're running the two together. I don't understand
            that. Tapes are, sections of the tapes are t,opied, sent with
            notes to another room.
            #66: Methods.
                 #32: Translaters, writing, but only select numbers;. They pick numbers
            off IBM run arid select that tape point.
            #66: Next.
            #32: Get a large area of desks, papers, folders, ~i;ifes, it's not
            safes, cabinets, six drawer cabinets. Appeav-, to be an inordinate
            number of women.
            #66: Describe how the information leaves this building.
                 1132: Two ways, see small documents carried down z;l:tirs, see taper.
            and thicker documents being packaged, boxed, hoxes, somewhere
            else in this upper area, then carried down It's
            the basement, boxes to basement. See some of those things going
            to destruction area,j think. Feel heat, bri,lht light and
            heat. See one office gets small reports, rml. the main office,
            but it's an important office. Appears to be Lhird or fourth
            floor, I think it's fourth floor.

                #32: Coming up with approximately, what appears to be eight to ten
           repair type people type missions. Get five po~,sibly six in the
           computer area, mostly women in the tape and desk area. Tape
           area's got five to six, desk area five to six. Just got a
           feeling of rapidness to this, like it's a qu-t(,k first scan type
           affair, looking for key words, relating to key numbers, key words,
           key numbers. It has something to do with conversations.

                     #32: Okay, page #1. This is a drawing of the pan I.-/pe thing that
            the guy was adjusting. I've labeled it pan. And underneath
            it were some stuff that looked likeair oonditioning ducts,
            which I labeled air/c duct. And to the riqh] is a stack of
            these, everything is in sevens. I got a stark of seven black
            boxes with all kinds of blinking lights, but it was orange
            lights right and just blinking left and don'l count on this
            for number of dials and lights and all that, it just a
            perception of the idea of what these black boxes are and
            cable runs everywhere. And I drew in a sort i)f shadowy figure
            back here, just as reference for scale, in ci,.;e, you know, if
            anybody wants to know what approximate scale is to this stuff.
                     #32: Page #2 is the doll house floor like arrangement. I perceived
            that I was going this way. And the black boxes and antennas,
            what I call antennas, in the front room, whi(,h are wall to wall,
            I went back through a double row of just gray cabinets with
            all kinds of insert boards, so I call that rovis of circuitry.
            And then into a computer and multiple tape aroa and back into
            what I labeled a transcription area, and across the hallway,
            what I call analysis area. And then I have mi area that's
            got a question mark, because I didn't feel like I ever went in
            there. That might be like a store room or ~3torage area or
            something of that nature. I put in numbers of- people. I put
            in directions that I think that this is orieiit-ed in, this
            section of the building and these directions may be 180 degrees
            out of phase, because that's the way I am sotimtimes remote
            viewing.
                     #32: Page #3 is an example of the type of printout,,. that were coming
            out of this computer, computer area, always !wven numbers
            followed by letters numbers and characters. And it may be, I
            don't see any rationality to the mixed letters;, nUmbers because,
            it's a foreign lanquage. The numbers on the Left are,
            I have to otate are not the numbers that I wa~'. seeing, they just
            represent seven characters or seven numbers ihat always appear
            in the left column.
            /166: And I have to ask this, what were the number!~. you were seeing?
                     02: 1 don't know, just a mass of numbers, I was .1iist going down this
            long, long, long computer sheet, I was just !,,(being these. And
            these computer sheets were all over the analv~-~is and transcription
            areas and have something to do, that directIv correlated to the
            tapes.
                     #66: Do I understand that you're telling me then Mat you had sufficient
            recognition to know that you were looking at (jroups of numbers, but
            not sufficient recognition to read those numbers to me?

                     #32: That's what I'm saying, yes. Why I don't know, maybe I just
           didn't look hard enough. It would represent breakthrough
           for us, if I did see the numbers. Anyway, th(,~;e printout
           sheets in some abbreviated manner have somethinq to do with
           the tapes, all voice type tapes.
