(S/SK/WlNTEL) The mission of the SUN STREAK Prototype Operational Group (POG) is to undertake operational intelligence applications using an aspect of psychenergetics known-as remote vi-ewing (RV). An inte ral part of that mission is to train personnel in RV. and are responsible for the development and implementation of the in-house training program. Attached is their training report for second qu,§rter of CY 1986. 2. (S/SK/WINTEL) Also attached is the SUN STREAK Activities Report for the second quarter CY 1986. This report covers the number of training sessions, the number of operations and operational sessions, and the number of Utility Assessment targets and sessions worked. Evaluation of the operational work is in progress and the results will be recorded when available. 3. (S/SK/W1NTEL) Attention is invited to paragraphs 2a and 2b of the attached activities report wherein the characteristics of the two types of Remote Viewing taught by this SGIJ office are discussed. (S/SK/WNINTEL) 'Post Graduate Training': The training matrix will continue to reflect the participation of fully-trained viewers in 'novel' training sessions. These sessions are selected to provide site stimuli which ir,,~duce the firing of cognitrons that would not normally be exercised in day-to-day operations. These breaks in routine serve a dual purpose; they maintain the source in an a2ert state and result in richer descriptions (greater rance of data) of operational targets.
