            REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC 76
            Source reported information concerning COL Harles Scott.
            Felt building might possibly be Area "A". Information is similar
            to report CCC 74 (two different sources). Building had arches,
            columns, red brick wall and narrow courtyard.
            Reports SCOTT is with 7 - 9 hostages, one of whom is COL Holland.
            Felt that all these hostages were designated "Special Interest
            Category". Hostages probably on second floor.
            Five guards in area.
            Source was very nervous and anxious.
