  SG11 3. (S/NOFORN) After the formal briefing, MG Stubblebine discussed PK
  SG11 and shouted an example of which tie had personal knowledge.
  made the following comments concerning continued effort in
  the field of parapsychology:
  a. At the end of the contract (FY83 DIA-SRI) regroup and get Congress
  to agree to continue in the future.
  b. I think this has to be done. This is something at which you do
  not want to be second.
