   MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
   SUBJECT: GRILL. FLAME Briefing to BG Teal, I June 1981
   1. During my recent visit to the Intelligence School, I provided BG Teal
   an update briefing on the status of project Grill Flame. BG Teal was aware
   of the project from his previous assignment, at OACSI.
   2. Prior 'to leaving Ft Meade I had been instructed by BG Flynn, DCG-I, to
   only brief BG Teal arid, if BG Teal was not available, to only brief COL (P)
   Roy Strom, DCDR, USAICS. BG Flynn had coordinated these instructions with
   BG Teal.
   3. However, when I arrived at
   COL (P) Strom to sit in on the
   BG Teal of his agreement.with
   project and -the limited access
   conversation with BG Flynn but
   of them. I complied.
