1. (S) Recent departures from SRD, ITAC and the arrival of newly assigned analysts
have severely reduced the proportion of analysts within SRD who are indoctrinated
to Grill Flame. SGFOIA3
2. (S) In order that SRD may retain indoctrinated personnel responsible for analysis
of China and the Middle East, request that MAJ Milton Chung (SSAN andSGFOIA3
CPT Wayne Nissen be indoctrinated. Their indoctr nat on wi I
insure that SRD can use Grill Flame assets most efficiently in critical regional
analysis.
