1. (U) Colonel David T. Hottel has recently assumed command of the US Army Intelligence
and Threat Analysis Center (ITAC), INSCOM. was reassigned
to Headquarters, NSA.
2. (S) Accordingly, I request that COL Hottel be indoctrinated to Grill Flame. It is
imperative that the Commander, ITAC be aware of the unique opportunities that Grill Flame
offers his command. Colonel Hottel's indoctrination will, therefore, insure proper
tasking of Grill Flame assets.
3. (U) Major John Bryant (Tel: 859-6282/3) will serve as my POC to arrange the indoc-
trination at the convenience of you and COL Hottel.
