(S/NOFORN) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing session conducted for training purposes only. 2. (S/NOFORN) Post analysis an the target viewing indicated some degree of correlation with the viewers impressions of the area. Some of the correlation was quite remarkable at this stage of training. The sig- nificant items identifiable to the target were almost all noted by the viewer. Even though he did not specifically call a pool in the aquarium an aquarium pool, he did produce all of the significant features ident- ifiable to an aqaurium pool. 3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the do- cument Standard Remote-Viewing Protocol (Remote Target) by Harold E. Putthoff and Russel Targ, November 1978. 4. (U) A transcript for Session #847 is not available due to a malfunction with the tape recording device. The malfunction was not noticed till some time following termination of the session and therefore is non-correctable. 2. (S/NOFORN) Viewer described some sort of a structure constructed from a framework of wood and aluminum. He described slabs of concrete a large lake type body of water which appeared to be elevated above the ground level. He described a small dam, but the sides kept changing from concave to convex lines. He stated that there was a falsh of a road sign "Interstate #41". He reported small roads, canals, trees, pools of water, and a great body of water on the horizon. All water areas were manmade and elevated, but he could not decide if they were of concrete or not. He reported a small water fall and maintenance type personnel who were concerned with water levels and reading control type instruments. Dirt mounds were also reported. 3. (S/NOFORN) The actual target was the Miami Seaquarium on Rickenbacker Causeway and the bay. Correlation is clearly represented by the diagrams and pictures in the seaquarium handout.
