Drawings on page 4 1 is the house. It's a white clapboard house. It's tall and narrow , an older type structure, two maybe three stories. The roof sections I have drawn, I'm sure are inadequate, inaccurate. Because I had the feeling of several gables or different sections of roof that I really don't know how they were put together. There was a small porch on the front as I came out the front door. I walked out this porch and then down the steps and I stood over to the lower left hand corner of the page out here somewhere, where I was viewing it. I got the feeling of some shrubs all in front there and stuff. #66: Okay. So you got shrubs and bushes and grass in front and the porch and your feeling is, if I can restate what you said~ was a tall and narrow, old house. #63: Yes. Drawings on # 2 is what I call the garage, a detached garage which was to the left of the house. #66: Okay. Now you were standing to kind of oblique left front? #63: Yes. #66: Okay. #63: 1 was standing , if you put page 2 to the left of-page 1, I was standing in between the two pages. I was uatching- the house. I was looking to the right to see the house and to the left I see the garage. #66: Okay, fine. #63: In drawing # 3 is an attempt to depict what I saw inside the house. It was a dark walls, brown, very warm feeling that looked like wood paneling or something. There were many throw rugs in there, a couch and a lamp sitting on a table, more or less out in the middle of the room. Many books on the shelves. The dining room was to the upper right of the page, as I've indicated with the arrow. The stairs were to the lower right, actually back towards.to the left, way off the page in the direction that I've drawn the arrow. And I feel like there may have been a fireplace or something dark off to the left side of the page, as I've indicated with a fireplace and an arrow. And when I was told to sit there, I sat there with him and the was where I perceived the location of the diningroom I the stairs and the fireplace. There were some plants in the room... as I indicated on the photograph. And when I was asked what the smell was, I came up with nothing you can describe, just like we smellsomething, you recognize the odor, but if somebody said put it in words, you couldn't. Well I just recognize as kind of clean, old house type of smell. #66: So ~ did you, did I understand you to say that there was something, there was an odor that was peculiar to the area? #63: yYea, I, peculiar to the house, I don't know if it was peculiar to the area. #66: Okay, peculiar to the house. #63: Yes and I describe it as just kind of an old house sort of smell, you know after you've lived in the same house for a long time how the boards and the furniture and everything has a smell to it. #66: Okay. #63: And that's about it. #66: Okay, fine.
