  2. (S/N0F0RN/WKI1,TEL) The contractor has fulfilled the terms
  of contract DAKF27-83-C-0018. All training was completed on 22
  !,.arch 10,84, but the final evaluation report was not received.
  until 26 June 1984. The late completion was not a result of' the
  contractor's failure to provide contracted services, and a
  mutual agreement was reachect to postpone the training. The
  delay in trainig was a result of' the trainee's hospitalization.
  The contractor accomplished the specific tasks outlined in the
  classified statement of work in an exceptional and timiely manner
  that allowed irin~eaiate operational use of the trainee. T t e
  reports that described the training and provided an evaluation
  vcre delivered on a less timely basis, however, their delay did
  not detract from, the success of the training.
